The shipping costs are 14 USD per shipment

From 99 USD order value the dispatch is free

As soon as the goods have left our dispatch warehouse, you will receive your tracking number for the respective dispatch service provider by e-mail. When you create an account, you can also track the status of your order at any time in your account.

If you have forgotten your password, there is a button "Forgot password"

If the log-in or password reset does not work after several attempts, please contact our service team at [email protected] directly by e-mail.

The right of return is 14 days after receipt of the goods.

In the event of a return, the goods must be in perfect and resalable condition, unless damage was reported at the time of the return request.

6 months warranty and 18 months warranty based on EU law.

Depending on the country, we ship with the following shipping service providers:

GLS, UPS, Fedex and Austrian Post

Within the EU, except France, GLS is used for shipping.

USA and France are delivered by UPS (for express shipments) or Austrian Post.

Express deliveries within the EU are also delivered by UPS.

Non EU countries such as Switzerland or Russia will be shipped by post.

We reserve the right to change the shipping provider without prior notice.

Since we do not have a contract with DHL, we cannot deliver to DHL packing stations.
