The Pro Staff Vertical was precisely tailored to the needs of modern, vertical fishing for pikeperch, perch and pike from the boat.
The tip action of the blank was chosen so that even bait on very heavy jig heads in strong currents and can be seductively guided in great depth. The tight backbone offers enough power at all times to make an effective strike. This is especially important when biting a big pikeperch or pike! The 1 + 1 division of the blank offers the perfect bending curve under load and makes the rod almost indestructible under normal fishing conditions!
The Pro Staff vertical rods are available in two versions: For the stationary reel with the exclusive DAIWA Air Sensor reel seat made of carbon fiber composite and for baitcast or multiplier reels with original Fuji ACS reel seat (item no. 11324-195).
